DiMeo Brothers, Inc. completed storm sewer mainline and services along the project site. The contractor also started installing water services along the project site.

Next week the contractor will continue to install water services. Residents will be notified prior to shutting the water off to your home.

During the water service installation the contractor will be required to transfer the individual water services for each home from the old main to the new main.  The morning of the water service work, the contractor will knock on your door to notify you of the pending water shutoff and give you ample time to use your water.  The shutoff will last for 1 to 2 hours on average.  Once installed, they will ask you to flush your system, and if no one is home, they will use an outside hose bib connection to flush the new service.  If you have discolored water, please open your faucets and flush out the lines and water should clear up.

The next week the DiMeo Brothers will also begin working on the Springman Middle School storm sewer project.

Driveway access may be restricted, but will be restored to residences as soon as possible and at the end of each day.

Thank you for your patience during this construction process and for the upcoming water shut-downs.
